Empowering our public service to adopt more foster children into loving homes
We're breaking down the bureaucratic and financial burdens behind inter-state adoption from foster care by building a new tooling platform for public service case workers.
Key among these barriers is inter-state adoption. Cross-state regulations aren't consolidated anywhere, there are perverse incentives at the local level, high cost for families, and endless delays. Case workers are already over-burdened with in-state adoption cases.
Our tool equips case workers to proceed through the inter-state adoption process with a structured workflow ontology, as well as AI interns to multiply their reach.
Starting with the inter-state adoption bottleneck as a wedge will allow us to expand to all local adoption offices and expand use-cases. Our north star is helping get more foster kids into loving homes - effectively, safely, efficiently, and quickly.
